We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it must be shipped/dropped off at our warehouse located at 4090 Ridgeway Drive Unit 15, Mississauga, ON L5L 5X5 at your expense

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain Items cannot be returned, please see the list below;

Flooring Moldings, Trims, Steps & Risers, Grout, and Mortar. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Vidar Flooring

Any flooring purchased from the brand (Vidar Flooring) must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from delivery/pickup at no restocking fee.

NAF/Floors At Work

Any flooring purchased from the brand (NAF/Floors At Work) must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from delivery/pickup at no restocking fee.

JL Tile/Mango/Kingston

Any flooring purchased from the brand (JL Tile/Mango/Kingston) must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from delivery/pickup at a 30% restocking fee.

Grandeur

Any flooring purchased from the brand (Grandeur) must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from delivery/pickup at a 30% restocking fee.

Toucan

Any flooring purchased from the brand (Toucan) must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from delivery/pickup at a 30% restocking fee.

Next Floor

Any flooring purchased from the brand (Next Floor) must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from delivery/pickup at a 30% restocking fee.

Somi

Any flooring purchased from the brand (Somi) must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from delivery/pickup at no restocking fee.

Golden Choice

Any flooring purchased from the brand (Golden Choice) must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from delivery/pickup at no restocking fee.

Biyork Floors

Any flooring purchased from the brand (Biyork Floors) must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from delivery/pickup at a 30% restocking fee.
